WIAW & Cardio Circuit Workout

Well, we got quite a bit of snow yesterday. WHAT IS GOING ON? Hurricanes, earthquakes & snowstorms in one week? Mother Nature is on a roll.

Good news is, I got to leave work early! I despise working out after work but since today was a “half day” I snuck in a little somethin’. Is running on a treadmill boring to anyone else? If so, this is the perfect workout for you! I turned on the movie, Love Actually, and made this circuit up to beat the boredom.

That workout might not look like much but it left me feeling quite sore today!

What I ate Wednesday is back!

 Breakfast: Pumpkin Greek Yogurt with Pumpkin Granola (tis the season!)

Snacks: (Throughout the entire day)

Lunch: Chelsey’s Lentil Stuffed Pepper Soup (made by Adam!) & Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Dinner: Shrimp, Pasta, Artichokes, Feta & sun-dried Tomatoes

Dessert: Smashing S’mores (These are quite addicting!)

I have the day off so I’m headed off to run some errands. What was the best thing you ate on Wednesday?

30 days of thanks – Day 6 – I am thankful for my mom. Even though she wasn’t the best cook, she was always the best mom. My biggest cheerleader, a strong role model and the number one person I want by my side when I’m feeling sick. Nothing tastes better than a mom’s (heated from a can) chicken noodle soup 🙂

  3. Omg I know this weather has been insane. We got really lucky with Hurricane Sandy with just some showers. I am loving all those delicious meals, i need to get me some pumpkin yogurt asap 😀

  4. I cannot believe its snowing in the NYC area. The weather there is out of control. You need to come back to MD! It’s super cold, but sunny and no snow! I’m so excited you’re back to blogging. Seriously. You have been missed. I hope there is a wedding recap post coming! 🙂

  5. oh gosh, i sure hope the weather starts acting up right for u guys..take care over there! buuut, glad u could dodge out of work early and YES messing around with the pace/incline or mixing in other exercises really helps bust treadmill boredom…plus ogling Ryan Reynolds doesn’t hurt either. 😉
