  • March 11 – 4.5 mile run 8:40/mile pace 18 minutes: Ring dips, Kettle Bell Swings & Box jumps
  • March 12 – 5 Pull-Ups and max reps of wall balls every minute on the minute until you get 150 Wall Balls. 50 sit ups & 1 minute squat with weighted ball held over-head
  • March 13 – 4.5 mile run with hills 8:50/mile
  • March 14 – Off

  • March 16 – 4 mile run 9:00/mile pace

  • March 1 – 2 rounds: 25 KB Swings, 50 Jumping lunges, 25 push ups, 25 toes to bar, 25 superman medballs, 25 pull-ups

  • February 19 – 15 Minutes As many rounds as possible. 10 KB Swings, 10 box jumps & 10 rings

  • February 21 – 4 rounds: 15 Pull ups, 15 Sumo-deadlift High Pulls, 10 roll-outs
  • February 22 – 150 wall balls – 75 sit-ups

  • February 24 – 20 minutes of Elliptical + 60 Minutes of Spin

  • February 12 – 55 clean & press + 100 KB Swings
